About the event

Join us for the second edition of GREEN Talks, as we into the transformative power of food waste, emphasising its nutritional value and exploring innovative upcycling solutions.Guest speakers Dr. Jetty Lee of HKU School of Biological Sciences and Ms Sylvine Wong of BSF Innovation Limited will share insights on nutrient recovery from food waste and the opportunity for integration into our diets. They will discuss initiatives such as "Food Waste to Good Taste" and the solutions and innovations of Black Soldier Fly Technology for carbon-negative practices, all contributing to food sustainability and climate action.
