With the rising use of single-use plastics due to recent health concerns, Lucia and the G.R.E.E.N team have been focusing on waste, primarily plastic and food waste research that has been conducted by our own researchers. Lucia talks about the relationships between consumer and hospitality regarding the Hong Kong waste crisis and how the pandemic has surprisingly benefited their soap cycling program.
