Lucia Loposova
General Management
Lucia manages all the activities of GREEN Hospitality and her interest in sustainability started while studying at the university where her research revolved around the impact of tourism and the traditional food heritage. She holds a joint master's degree in Tourism Management (EMTM - European Master in Tourism Management) with a strong focus on ESG and the creation of shared value awarded by the University of Southern Denmark, the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia), and the University of Girona (Spain). She hopes that GREEN Hospitality with its initiatives and strategic partnerships can create a roadmap for innovative and sustainable practices in the industry across Asia and beyond.
Jacqueline Matthew

Jacqueline is a seasoned communications professional with over 13 years experience specialising in luxury travel, hospitality and lifestyle. A self-motivated leader with a rich blend of expertise in branding, strategic marketing campaigns, and public relations. Recognised for driving results, managing high-performing teams and supporting operational departments. Delivers successful brand collaborations, pop-ups and diverse revenue channels. Committed to driving sustainability initiatives and developing innovative solutions to create a positive impact.
Tung Ching Li
Thought Leadership
TC is an avid reader, passionate writer, nature and wildlife lover, and Climate Reality Leader with a master's degree in international journalism, and fluency in four languages up her sleeve. After a decade as a writer and editor at advertising agencies and publishing houses, TC decided to put her skills and interest in sustainability issues to good use, first as communications manager at a zero-waste lifestyle company, and currently at the Foundation for Shared Impact, a one-stop-shop for social impact that supports impact-driven organizations such as GREEN Hospitality.
Luciane Zanella
Accounting & Finance
Luciane is a corporate veteran who worked for many years in Marketing-related leadership roles within the FMCG and Retail sectors. She was born in Brazil, where she built her academic background focused on Business Administration; has lived and worked in several countries across 5 continents; speaks 5 languages; and has recently concluded a Specialisation Degree on Leading Sustainable Corporations by the Oxford University. Luciane joined GREEN Hospitality earlier in 2021 to help bring the key projects of the new chapter of this organisation to life, and ultimately help exert positive change.
Jing Wang
IT & Website
Jing has worked as a fashion designer across New York, Hong Kong and Singapore in the past decade. She has also co-founded a small e-commerce business in 2019 where she gained a lot of knowledge in web design and digital marketing. She has always been very creative and entrepreneurial, enjoys working in a start up environment, and cares about the important topic of sustainability.
Karen Bongrain
Marketing & Communications
Karen has a deep passion for conservation both globally and locally, and her goal is to advocate for sustainability in a thorough and impactful way. Having lived in South Africa where she had spent 5 years pursuing conservation through education, she is now focusing on raising awareness about the importance of conservation efforts and educate on sustainability principles holistically.

Martina has been working in the field of administration for more than 8 years. She is ready to help with any request of her colleagues and students. She loves to travel and discover new adventures.
GOVERNANCE
GREEN Hospitality is a sustainability program of a nonprofit called Pangaia Solutions Limited which was registered as a company limited by guarantee on 1st February 2021 with an Incorporation Number: 3016904. Since 24 March 2023, Pangaia Solutions Limited has been recognised as a charitable institution or trust of a public character and is exempt from tax under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance in Hong Kong SAR. Lucia has been involved in social impact space, diversity & inclusion, and the nonprofit sector through her experience with the Erasmus Mundus Association to which she dedicated almost a decade of incessant work and support. Most recently. Lucia has been engaged with the Foundation for Shared Impact, delivering experiential learning programs at the University of Hong Kong - Impact Lab and Transformative Business Immersion. She holds a joint master's degree in Tourism Management (EMTM - European Master in Tourism Management), a program with a strong focus on ESG delivered by the University of Southern Denmark, the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia), and the University of Girona (Spain).
Chelsea Perino

The Executive Centre
Chelsea Perino holds degrees in Anthropology, Linguistics, and Public Relations, with expertise in digital communications and brand strategy. She has led global digital strategies for brands like Pernod Ricard and Samsung, managing high-profile projects such as the 2016 Rio Olympics. As Head of Global Marketing for The Executive Centre in Hong Kong, she built the marketing department and brand strategy from scratch. A renowned keynote speaker, she focuses on organizational culture and customer experience transformation, regularly presenting at premium events. She is also an adjunct professor, published author, and holds leadership roles in organizations like the Urban Land Institute and AmCham.

Sustainability at Hang Lung Properties
Carmen is currently responsible for the development and implementation of sustainability strategy to deliver Hang Lung Properties' 2030 Sustainability Goals and 25 x 25 Targets through collaboration and partnership with internal and external stakeholders. She also leads the coordination and delivery of the annual Sustainability Report in accordance with local and international reporting standards such as HKEx, GRI, IFRS, and TCFD.
Christelle Not
Senior Lecturer Sciences Faculty - The University of Hong Kong
Dr. Christelle Not is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Earth Sciences and Swire Institute for Marine Science at The University of Hong Kong. With a PhD in Environmental Sciences from the University of Quebec at Montreal, she has conducted interdisciplinary research on human impacts on oceans and climate across Canada, Japan, and Germany. Dr. Not has published over 50 papers in leading international journals, influencing policy changes in Hong Kong and fostering public engagement. She serves as an Associate Editor for Limnology and Oceanography and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Dana Winograd

Plastic Free Seas
Dana has lived in HK for almost 30 years and first got involved with environmental issues in 2007 when she was a founding member of DB Green, the local community green group, and drove recycling in Discovery Bay. Dana co-founded Plastic Free Seas to help promote change in people’s use of plastic through education and action. She has delivered hundreds of talks on waste reduction and personal behaviour change to students of all ages, has been invited as a guest speaker by many corporate and community groups.

Ring has more than 10 years of experience in consulting and investment, working with conglomerates, listed companies and fast-growing private companies in the APAC region. She is currently with Deloitte's Sustainability practice, where she leads strategic advisory initiatives on sustainability and climate change for clients across industries.

Soraya is an accomplished fundraising and communications leader with experience driving revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and brand visibility across Asia. She is passionate about sustainability and conservation, social impact and women's empowerment through education and social mobility leadership programmmes, and she is excited to support GREEN with their outreach.
Thomas Corbin

Thomas is the founder of Digital Nova, a company specializing in innovative digital solutions. With a strong background in project management and a passion for integrating technology and sustainability, he holds certifications in Web Development, Data Science, and Project Management. As an active volunteer in sustainability initiatives, Thomas is committed to propelling sustainable development by leveraging technology in environmental efforts.
Shauhrat Singh Chopra
Associate Professor

Shauhrat received his PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Swanson School of Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh, USA, in 2015. His doctoral dissertation was focused on resilience of complex systems including economic systems, industrial symbiosis, and critical infrastructure systems at urban and national levels. Before joining the School of Energy and Environment, Shauhrat worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute for Environmental Science and Policy, University of Illinois at Chicago, on the U.S. EPA funded LCnano project focused on sustainable design of future transformative emerging technologies, such as nano-enabled consumer electronics, from a life cycle perspective. His data-driven research is focused on designing indicators to inform decision-making for a sustainable and resilient built environment.
Shijun Lin (Michael)
Assistant Professor
Hong Kong Polytechnic University
Michael S. Lin, Ph.D. is an assistant professor at the School of Hotel and Tourism Management at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His current research focus includes hospitality and tourism issues in the following topics: entrepreneurship and innovation, small business management, and CSR/ESG issues. He holds a good publication record in top hospitality and tourism journals. He has actively sought grant opportunities and received funding from the Hong Kong Government (both early career scheme and general research fund), private entities, and multiple universities.
